特徵 多年生草本植物，地下部分具肉質塊莖，並容易分蘗形成叢生植物，葉為箭形盾狀，葉背面為紫色，花為佛焰花序，從莖端抽生，喜溫濕潤、半陰的生長環境。
如何栽種 喜溫濕潤、半陰的生長環境，生長適溫為20－30℃，冬季溫度不低於15℃。3～9月為22～27℃，9月至翌年3月為16～22℃。氣溫低於15℃，生長停滯呈休眠狀態。
